**About Your New Role**:
As a vital member of our Critical Supports Services Team, you'll be assisting our customers with complex needs in Coomera. Your responsibilities will include creating an environment that champions quality outcomes, fosters collaboration among various stakeholders, and promotes continuous skill development within the Critical Supports Disability Sector. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive services tailored to all ages, abilities, and needs. **About You**:

- Excels in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access.
- Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Has extensive experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges.
- Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease.
- Is flexible and can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and overnights.

**To be considered for this exciting role, you should have**:

- A current Open Driver's Licence.
- Full COVID-19 Vaccinations.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- 1 year experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with high-complex needs.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.27 - $40.71 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
