**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide after-sales support, including following up on orders and addressing customer concerns
- Perform administrative tasks, including document management and office organization
- Pick and pack parts for customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Occasionally assist with other duties as needed in different departments
- Ensure excellent communication and coordination with other teams

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work a full-time schedule of at least 38 hours per week
- Positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to assist with other tasks or departments when needed

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
