**Your new role**:
Whether you are an experienced Early Childhood Educator seeking flexibility with your hours or recently qualified and looking to grow your skills and experience - we can support you.

We are now looking to build our team of casual Educators for our Kindergarten services in the following centres:

- Clyde Street Kindergarten in Thornbury
- Port Melbourne Kindergarten
- Glen Iris Road Kindergarten
- Boroondara Kindergarten in Richmond
- Beverley Hills Kindergarten in Doncaster East and
- St Luke’s Kindergarten in Mount Waverley.

Help us to deliver early learning programs that support local communities and provide high-quality education and care to children.

Working to one of the National or Victorian early learning frameworks, you will:

- Support the development and delivery an educational program that meets the interests and abilities of each child.
- Help to increase enrolments and build the program to include other services that meet community needs.
- Participate in delivering a quality and diverse educational program that sees every child actively participate.

In addition to your salary of the base hourly rate under the VECTEA (between $28.12 and $31.66 per hour) + super + casual loading, you can access the following:

**Your skills and experience**:
You will hold either a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority). You will also bring with you:

- Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
