**GYM MANAGER - SNAP FITNESS NEW FARM**

Are you a passionate leader in the fitness industry with a strong background in sales, operations, and team management? Snap Fitness New Farm is on the lookout for a driven and experienced **Gym Manager** to lead our high performing team and take our state of the art facility to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership & Team Development**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of personal trainers and support staff.
- Foster a strong, inclusive team culture aligned with Snap Fitness values.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs for staff.

**Sales & Member Growth**
- Drive membership growth through outbound sales, local area marketing, and referral strategies.
- Deliver engaging in-person tours and effectively convert leads into memberships.
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective members to boost retention and satisfaction.

**Operations & Facility Management**
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.
- Ensure all equipment is functional, serviced, and well-maintained.
- Manage gym rosters, group fitness schedules, and personal training availability.
- Handle member feedback, complaints, and ensure a high level of customer service.

**Business & Financial Management**
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Track and report on sales performance, member growth, and retention metrics.
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Previous experience as a Gym Manager or in a senior leadership role within a fitness facility
- Proven track record in fitness sales and team management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for fitness and community building

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
