Role Description:
As a Casual Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily living activities, community participation, and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing support with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
- Assisting clients in participating in recreational and social activities.
- Supporting clients in building essential life skills and achieving personal goals.
- Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and activities.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in disability support work is preferred but not essential; we value a compassionate and caring attitude above all else.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and their families.
- Flexibility to work on a roster, including weekends and evenings.
- A current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- National Police Check clearance.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
