Costa Mushrooms based at Monarto, is the largest mushroom farm and most modern mushroom cultivation facility in Australia. Spread over 360 acres of land, the purpose-built facility grows premium mushrooms that are then marketed around Australia. Our team have a strong quality focus and work together to find ways to keep producing mushrooms that are fresh, affordable and nutritious while setting the standard in sustainable commercial farming.

**About the role**

Based in the Business Support Unit at Monarto Head Office, we are seeking an eager Administrator to join a small & supportive team. As this is a dual role you will be the welcoming, friendly face at our Reception desk as well as supporting the team in a variety of administrative functions.

Working 3 days per week (Ideally Monday - Wednesday) you will:

- Greet visitors & direct them to the appropriate business area
- Handling incoming phone calls, directing them when necessary and taking messages within the established guidelines
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Purchase Orders processing
- Assist with payroll functions.
- Maintain stationery cupboard, printers/photocopiers supplies and fulfil any miscellaneous stationery order requests.
- Sort and direct mail & deliveries
- Record matching, checking and batching of accounts, invoices, orders, store requisitions
- Maintaining the office space and stocking office supplies.

You have a positive disposition and enjoy working in a face paced administrative environment. You are a team player that will always look to lend a hand to ensure all of the team objectives are met. You will bring the following to the role:

- Experience in payroll processing & accounts payable functions
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Excellent communication
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient MS Excel, MS Word & Outlook
- Demonstrate Costa values and promote a safe & positive workplace
