**About the Role**

As an Environmental Services Officer, you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout all areas of the hospital in line with infection control guidelines and also:

- Utilise a range of cleaning equipment effectively
- Take responsibility and accountability for your designated cleaning tasks
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively in a fast faced environment.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will have previous cleaning experience in a hospital and theatre setting with a passion of delivering a high standard of customer service, all in line with our Ramsay core values.

**You will also bring;**
- Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Proven experience with hazard identification
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in health care industry (desirable)
- Experience in a previous housekeeping role (desirable).

**The flexibility to handle a rotating roster is required.**

**About Us**

Wollongong Private Hospital is a 151- bed facility providing all major services including an intensive care unit, nine operating theatres, a cardiac catheter laboratory and a day oncology unit.

**Requirements**:

- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
