Originally built in 1888, Hotel Woolstore 1888 is the fourth oldest of Sydney's 21 remaining wool stores. Transformed into a luxurious hotel within the Accor portfolio, this iconic building features 90 beautifully designed guestrooms, a multi-award-winning neighborhood restaurant and bar, and versatile spaces ideal for meetings and events.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at PERCY, Pyrmont's lively Spanish tapas and wine bar This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow in food and beverage with an industry leader, with a direct pathway to our next Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.

In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of PERCY, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guest service is exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily operations and maintaining high service standards
- Leading, training, and motivating the team to deliver top-notch experiences
- Assisting with recruitment, rostering, and payroll
- Ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams
- Addressing guest feedback and resolving issues swiftly
- Supporting with inventory control and stock ordering

**Qualifications**
- Food and beverage leadership experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Familiarity with Infrasys (Shiji) systems is an advantage
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional service skills with a strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
