If you are an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager or waiter/waitress we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our team at Oxalis Dining.

Working alongside our Michelin-trained head Chef, Justin Martins, you will be working with one of the best in the industry, and play a pivotal role in creating the ultimate dining experience.

We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, has refined customer service skills and problem-solving abilities, as well as strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business and be crucial in its growth and development. This role will challenge you, inspire you, reward you and you will be given the opportunity to grow.

You:

- Detailed knowledge of the fine dining restaurant scene and the expectations that come with this
- Dedication to providing high-end service
- Capability to understand customer needs and to be innovative in the fulfilment of these needs
- Exceptional presentation and customer service skills
- Extensive food and wine knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong managerial skills and leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead a team of staff made up of section waiters, food runners and pass supervisors
- Ability to mentor and train staff
- Ability to create staff rosters and manage budgets associated with these rosters
- Knowledge of work and health safety compliance

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Pyrmont, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
