**Day in the life of.....**

Our Retail Assistants have a passion for creating experiences that delight and engage our customers. They have the ability to contribute to a fun, energetic and professional work environment. They are the face of our brand building client relationships and providing solutions everyday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service and communication
- Store opening and closing
- POS management
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation
- Water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions
- Stock control and merchandising

While training is provided, you will need to come to us with a few things. Mainly, a positive attitude, strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships.
