A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as The Traineeship and Accreditation Program Officer, reporting to the General Manager Talent Leadership and Learning within the People and Culture team.
A bit about your role
The Traineeship and Accreditation Program Officer will be responsible for designing and leading the Accreditation Program for our internal field workforce. This will entail determining the training requirements for employees, scheduling training, processing RTO paperwork and coordinating any recognition of prior learning.
You will also liaise with Field Operations and other internal stakeholders to drive compliance to contribute to the Field Traineeship Strategy.

A bit about you
This is an important role for us You will ideally come from a HR or Project coordination role and your previous experience in TAFE, HFC or RTO will be highly regarded.
Your excellent negotiating and stakeholder management skills along with your superb communication skills and strong analytical capabilities will also see you succeed in this role.

As The Traineeship and Accreditation Program Officer, you will have relevant experience preferred in HR/Project coordination. Previous experience in TAFE, HFC or RTO will be highly regarded.
