**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Traffic Controller.
- Implement Traffic Control Plans.
- Construction General Induction.
- Drivers License.

**TASKS**
- Ensure all paperwork, PPE and vehicle requirements for your allocated job are met as per policies and procedures before departing base.
- Implement Traffic Management devices as per the Traffic Guidance Scheme and site-specific requirements to comply with AS1742.3 2009.
- Assist client as required to maintain a safe and efficient work site for the duration of the shift.
- Make sure all equipment is reloaded onto the vehicle as per procedure and is positioned in a tidy and safe manner.
- Ensure compliance to and maintain safe workplace practices in accordance with company WHS policies, procedures and the relevant WHS act, Regulation, and industry Codes of Practice.
- On arrival back at base unload/reload vehicle as required.
- Ensure that all personnel belongings are removed from the vehicle at the end of each shift.
- Maintain and store in good condition all company equipment in a safe location and ensure equipment is returned as per requirements.
- Maintain company vehicles in a clean, tidy, and safe condition and remove all rubbish at the end of each shift.

**WHS AND BEHAVIOUR**
- Maintain a high level of safety awareness and follow Adams Traffic Management Services and the client’s safety policy and procedures.
- Conduct and actively participate in Toolbox meetings.
- Report all hazards, incidents, near misses and injuries.
- Ensure an emphasis is placed on a high standard of safety every day.
- Report to work consistently, punctually, free from drugs and any applicable alcohol limits and in a fit condition to perform the required duties.
- As both an employee and company representative, ensure that one’s own behavior is consistent with Adams Traffic Management Services values.
- Comply with all relevant statutory legislation. Including but not limited to the WHS Act and Regulations, Equal Opportunity Act, all company policies and procedures and the Adams Traffic Management Services Integrated Management System processes.
- Drive in a courteous and safe manner and always ensure adherence to the Road Rules.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
