Our Northern Beaches Veteran Wellbeing Centre (VWC) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual for the role of Centre Coordinator. In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring exceptional client service and the smooth operation of our Centre, making a significant difference to the lives of our veterans and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: As a key point of contact for the Centre, deliver exceptional and accommodating service to veterans, their families, community members, and service providers.- Operational Efficiency: Oversee incoming calls, guiding them to the appropriate internal members or facilities, and handling client queries. Administer daily operations like orchestrating events, workshops, functions, seminars, and meetings.- Team and Project Collaboration: Collaborate in working groups to meet organisational goals and produce positive results for veterans and their families.- Compliance and Administration: Ensure adherence to client record management policies and protocols, especially regarding documentation and correspondence through the Veteran Centre.
