**The Company**

Our client are a designer cross with vintage specialists in the home decor space. They are an Australian family owned business who were established in 2011, based in the Moorabbin area. Currently trading nationwide and supply to both residential and commercial and collaborate with a large range of interior designers, architects, electricians and construction companies on projects, big and small.

**The Role**

I am looking for someone with the hunger to dive straight in to a position of Visual Merchandiser, where your expertise is required to bring ideas and implement them, suggest improved courses of action and to take control of the cataloging visual process.

As their Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching displays that showcase products online. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop seasonal campaigns and promotions, and collaborate with the buying team to ensure that product assortments are displayed in a way that is visually appealing and accessible to customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with their brand identity and customer needs
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products online
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop seasonal campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions about visual merchandising strategies
- Train and mentor sales associates on visual merchandising techniques

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Fashion, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong creative and design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
