The Role:
FreightSafe is the leading Third-Party Claims Administrator (TPA) for the transport industry in Australia. We are very excited to announce further growth in our high performing TPA claims team. For this new opportunity we are looking for people who share our passion for excellent customer service and exceptional claims management. You will possess strong analytical skills, a very high level of attention to detail and the ability to communicate proficiently in writing.

This busy role will see you managing a portfolio of claims from inception of the claim through to investigating liability, gathering and analysing documentation, assessing the value of the claim and arranging settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively manage a portfolio of claims in accordance with legislative, regulatory and procedural guidelines to achieve cost effective and timely claims resolution.
- Utilise computer systems and technology to manage work, time and processes efficiently.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to discuss and seek advice in relation to claims decisions and ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Requirement to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
- Effectively communicate decisions to claimants in writing.
- Develop skill sets and expand knowledge through a proactive and inquisitive mind.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to interpret complex information.
- Ability to learn and use new IT systems with confidence.

- Experience in managing a high volume claims portfolio, preferably within the transport industry.

Salary Expectations:
This role will pay between $50,000 - $60,000 / annum, plus superannuation.
