**Role Overview**:
The Human Resources Advisor will work closely with managers and employees to deliver efficient and effective HR support services across all departments at our Dandenong South Branch. This full-time role will include implementing policies, managing employment relations, aiding in succession planning, assisting where necessary with recruitment, etc. Support the VIC and SA branches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely HR advice and support to VIC managers and employees.
- Implement HR policies and procedures as directed by the GM, HR, covering areas such as recruitment, onboarding, development, remuneration, and workplace health and safety (WHS).
- Coach and guide managers through changes, identifying when formal change management is necessary.
- Deliver administrative support services, including record management, HR correspondence, and project documentation.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with administrative processes.
- Offer performance management support to mitigate risks effectively.
- Support the General Manager of Human Resources with HRIS system implementation and provide necessary training.
- Ensure compliance with relevant occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements.
- Contribute to communication strategies for managing OHS risks.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields, or equivalent HR experience.
- Ability to analyse complex HR issues and provide strategically aligned solutions.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and respect.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Strong facilitation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven accountability and responsibility in representing the employer.
