Based at the Circular Quay end of Pitt St we need someone who, like us, values team work, accountability, and positivity. You'll bring at least 3 years experience in a content creation role. We'll bring a 9 day fortnight, flexibility in every way, supportive managers and a great culture.

**About The Role**

The Marketing team is a team of 5 within a broader company of ~80.

Amicus is a specialist in Designing and Constructing Workspaces, offering additional services in Workplace Strategy, Technology, Finance, and Labs.

The Marketing team collaborates across the business to generate proposals / bids to potential clients - generally small to medium enterprises.

This role is primarily focused on the production of proposal documents, generally using InDesign, bringing written content, budget information, interior design visuals and more into a compelling written proposal or live presentation deck.

In addition the role includes a wide variety of other content production across a range of media, from case studies to infographics, eBooks, signage, webinar presentations and more.

**Here are some examples of what you’ll do**
- lead the creation of bid documents, proposals, and other content such as case studies from start to finish
- storyboard proposals relying on both library content and bespoke content
- coordinate with sales & delivery personnel to assemble content & develop final proposal or other assets
- drive accountability of stakeholders to the successful proposal compilation
- provide graphic design support and advice to functional teams across the business
- uphold brand guidelines across all collateral
- contribute to digital content with graphic design, layout, and content writing or editing
- contribute to company templates, asset libraries, and design standards
- provide general marketing support for and participate in collaboration with the marketing team across a range of content creation & other projects

**Here is what will make you ideal for the role**
- At least 3 year's experience in a Marketing Coordination and Content Creation role.
- Well organised and can manage multiple projects at once.
- Hawkeye attention to detail - you will be creating and quality checking a high volume of content that will be seen by our clients and wider audience.
- Strong written communication with attention to editing and proofreading work.
- Familiarity & fluency with: Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva
- Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design or similar discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or similar. (Desirable but not essential if you have the right experience)
