This is a hands-on role focused on creating high-quality digital and print assets that make our brand shine across global markets. Reporting to our Graphic Design Lead and working alongside our B2B marketing team, you’ll transform briefs into polished collateral, campaigns, and sales materials that drive customer acquisition and growth. You’ll be the person ensuring our brand looks sharp and professional at every touchpoint.

The role is best suited to someone who thrives on pace, precision, and process – with strong rollout skills, sharp technical execution, and the creative instincts to lift everyday assets into something engaging and effective.

What you’ll be doing

- Designing digital assets for B2B campaigns – including web, EDMs, social media, and online advertising.
- Producing and formatting sales collateral, presentations, and event materials across digital and print. Rolling out campaign creative into multiple formats, sizes, and platforms.
- Developing and maintaining Canva templates for the B2B marketing team.
- Supporting the Graphic Design Lead on creative campaign development.
- Managing brand consistency across global B2B markets.
- Handling multiple projects at pace, delivering on time and to spec.
- Adapting quickly to feedback and refining assets to a high standard.
- Assisting on an ad hoc basis with designs required in other areas of the business during busy periods, investor and HR documentation and campaigns for B2C.

What you’ll bring

- 3–5 years’ experience in a graphic or production design role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality assets on time.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); PowerPoint skills a bonus.
- A strong eye for layout, typography, and detail.
- Solid knowledge of digital design standards and file setup best practices.
- The ability to manage deadlines and roll out assets across multiple platforms.
- A collaborative spirit and solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience with After Effects, Canva, or Figma is a plus.
