We’re seeking a **Garden Maintenance Manager** who can balance on-site leadership with strong organisational and client management skills. You’ll lead by example, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service — with **no weekend or night work**.

**What You’ll Do & Who You Are**
- Lead, train, and support your gardening team across multiple sites.
- Manage daily operations — quoting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all works.
- Solve problems quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and grow services.
- Hands-on approach — you’re not afraid to join the team on the tools when needed.
- A confident communicator who motivates, organises, and leads by example.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- **Minimum of 10 years’ experience** in a similar leadership role within landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance.
- **Certificate or qualification** in **Landscaping and/or Horticulture** (required).
- Proven leadership skills — leading by example, not from behind a desk.
- Strong quoting, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A solutions-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities, and teams effectively.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team.
- Familiarity with financial targets, cost management, and client satisfaction metrics.
- A genuine passion for training, mentoring, and developing people.
