Responsibilities: - Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans - Educate patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits - Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to their meal plans as needed - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients - Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition - Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations and progress Skills: - Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and guidelines - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively educate and motivate patients to make positive dietary changes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team - Proficiency in using nutrition assessment software or tools Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
