Our state-of-the-art, fully automated production facility in Ingleburn underscores our dedication to efficiency and innovation in the industry We are seeking an experienced **Warehouse Operator**to join our fast-paced team. The ideal person will have a strong background in warehouse operations, hold a current forklift license, and be an excellent communicator who thrives in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to company procedures
- Maintain accurate stock records and participate in regular stock takes
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who can/has:

- **3-5 years** of previous warehouse experience
- **Forklift license is a MUST** (valid and current)
- Experience in the food industry (desired)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills (training provided)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items when required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Knowledge of WH&S regulations
- “Can do” collaborative attitude
- Attention to detail

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
