The Junior Executive Assistant will work directly with the 13cabs COO to help achieve the efficient functioning of the COO’s office & 13cabs Executive team and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. In addition, this role will also act as a project coordinator and be responsible for assisting with the collation of status reports, external vendor management liaison

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and organise work to ensure the COO’s priorities are met, goals achieved and best practices upheld
- Schedule meetings and appointments, with agendas and minutes completed and distributed in a timely manner
- Provide coordination, administrative, organisational, communication, logístical support to projects as needed
- Manage, coordinate and arrange travel and travel related activities for COO and the Mobility Services teams including hotel booking, transportation and meal coordination
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

**ABOUT YOU**
- A qualification in business administration, humanities or similar (desirable).
- Essential: 3+ years supporting a C-suite Executive of a medium sized business.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite as well as a strong understanding of database systems.
- Mastery of written communication both technical and tone.
- Sets goals, develops plans, anticipates obstacles and develops alternative plans
