**Tell me about this role**:
**We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Software Operations Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Manage relationship with Defence enterprise Atlassian product serve delivery teams
- Process mapping and identifying nonvalue add steps to create lean and agile processes
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of maintenance and installation work, including building and configuration of infrastructure components in virtualised environments
- Implement agreed infrastructure changes and maintenance routines
- Process Automation and integration within Atlassian toolset
- Provide reports and proposals for improvement to specialists, users and managers

***What sort of skills do I need?**
- Australian government and or Defence experience
- Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Certified SAFe® Practitioner (Desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Atlassian administration experience (Jira and Confluence)
