We are looking for an exceptional Health, Safety and Environment Business Partner to join this privately owned business that supports all of the major electricity infrastructure providers with a wide range of power solutions across Australia and in targeted overseas markets.

You will be responsible and accountable for driving the compliance and improvement of the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental system and performance.

**Responsibility and Accountability**
- Ensure the Company’s HSE systems and processes are understood and followed;
- Engage with cross functional within the Business Unit and across Business Units to drive and support the continuous improvement of workplace health and safety;
- Work closely with the Business Unit leaders and management representatives;
- Lead improvements in the Company’s HSE systems and processes with aligned priorities;
- Actively support the Company’s legal compliance to the Regulations and Acts;
- Provide input into the development of the Annual Business Plans relating to HSE matters;
- Support interactions and relationships with external authorities and service providers / advisors;
- Support environmental sustainability initiatives aligned with WTC’s ESG strategy;
- Support return to work initiatives and workers compensation activities;
- Support other related parties to WTC as required; and
- Always lead by example by upholding the Company’s Core Values.

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO, 45001 Management Systems Standards, experience and knowledge in OHS and Environmental Law and very strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

- Glen Waverley, VIC 3150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
