**About BaptistCare Warena Centre**

The home is blessed with a welcoming and home-like environment. You can enjoy stunning landscaped gardens and comfortable sitting rooms where you can take in the natural vistas.

The aged care home has both general care rooms and dementia care rooms in our secure memory care centre. All rooms feature ensuites, TV/Phone connection points, heaters, built-in wardrobes and emergency monitoring systems. Warena Centre also contains both individual rooms and companion rooms to cater for couples or those who love to socialise.

**About the role**

You’ll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. As Administration Officer/Coordinator, you are responsible for delivery of administrative functions for aged care services.

**This role is Permanent Part time
- 48 hrs per fortnight
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday from 9am - 3pm**
- **Receptionist experience**:

- **Tours for families**:

- **Enter new residents in system + discharge**:

- You are a team player, enjoy interacting with older people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have proven experience in office administration/clerical position
- Great customer service with ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision
