**The Company**

A well-known financing business that are stable and established within their sector. With continuous growth, this business is looking for an up & coming Risk and Compliance Officer to support the growth and improvement of their risk and compliance function.

**The Role**

Reporting to a Risk & Compliance Manager, this role will cover a broad range of responsibilities including but limited to:

- Maintaining and improving the Enterprise Risk Management systems and risk registers.
- Supporting the improvement and implementation of compliance and risk requirements into the organisational framework.
- Contributing to risk reporting around identified issues and trends.
- Supporting management with compliance and risk training delivery to uplift risk culture.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

**Your Profile**
- A strong understanding of controls from an internal/external audit background.
- Degree Qualified in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field.
- CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion would be desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
