**What’s the opportunity?**

As a **Quality Coordinator, **your key requirement will be work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Supervisors and operational staff to lead and implement continuous improvement standards, and will be responsible for increasing productivity and quality through training of staff and regular site auditing. You will be measured on your ability to promote a problem-solving culture of continuous improvement.

You will need to provide leadership and management support and be an active member of program committees.

**Further to the above the key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Ensure quality improvement processes are applied on site.
- Ensure development of local training matrixes in line with national framework and correct delivery to training requirements.
- Conduct Quality Control reviews of both the Inbound & Outbound teams, catch errors at the source, conduct root cause analysis, and use these findings to educate staff to improve Quality throughout the site.
- Conduct regular site auditing to ensure audit compliance, housekeeping standards are met, and re-train staff in areas of non-compliance.
- Lead and implement quality standards and a continuous improvement culture across the site to achieve operational excellence.
- Work with the Process Improvement Manager to identify improvement opportunities.

**Who are we looking for?**

To be successful you will possess the following:

- Warehouse administration, stock control, dispatch, or inventory experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to write process documentations that align processes and systems (with support of Process Improvement Manager if needed)
- Attention to detail - numeric, written and verbal
- Experience in a 3PL environment - desired but not essential
- Ability to work within procedural requirements
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively, manage time and prioritise effectively
- A full drivers licence
