**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team in NSW. As a Marketing Specialist at BBR Agency, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with BBR Agency's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.

2. Digital Marketing Expertise:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage digital tools to maximize brand visibility.

3. Event Promotion:

- Devise and execute creative promotional campaigns to drive attendance and engagement for BBR Agency events.
- Collaborate closely with event teams to align marketing efforts with event objectives.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.

5. Content Creation and Branding:

- Develop compelling marketing collateral, ensuring consistent branding across all materials.
- Contribute to the development of brand positioning and messaging.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,

Business, or Digital Media
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist for at least 2 years, preferably in the events or experiential marketing industry.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Suite & Facebook advertising, TikTok and LinkedIn advertising
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**How to Apply**

**Salary Range**: AU $65,000 - $75,000 per annum plus superannuation

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
