**About the Role**:
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your understanding of the supply chain in the product movement and shipping space within BHP.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate supply chain movement records are maintained in the system in addition to performing day to day shipping matters for third party northern ports.

Accountabilities will include:

- Draw data from supply chain systems, shipping documents and record movements in SAP.
- Reconcile port stockpiles on a weekly and participate in quarterly reviews by providing analysis and recommendations.
- Coordinate the nomination vessels, authority to load, review and submit Bill of Ladings with third party terminals.
- Engage with marketing and external stakeholders to ensure shipping processes are met.
- Providing support to the Hay Point Shipping team.

**About You**:

- You will be someone who is excited about supply chain operations and working with competing priorities.
- You enjoy understanding the big picture, problem solving and engaging with different stakeholders to improve processes.
- Demonstrated relevant 1-2 years' experience within coal logistic supply chain is highly valued.
- Experience working with SAP will be deemed advantageous.
- Good knowledge with relevant documentation, include Bills of Landing and shipping documents.

**Location**:
In this full-time permanent position, you will be based at our Brisbane corporate office and working on 8 days’ work and 6 days off roster.
