We’re on the hunt for a Front Desk Assistant in our Alexandria Head Office (NSW) You must have exceptional customer service skills, be extremely organised, well presented and forward thinking; you will be confident, mature and dynamic. As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our amazing brand - being energetic and fun loving is key

**_ What will a ‘day in the life’ look like?_**
- Meet and greet of clients and visitors to the company
- Reception duties including answering the main phone and directing calls or taking messages
- Receive and sign for all deliveries
- Ordering office supplies
- Collection and sorting of mail
- Travel arrangements/bookings where required
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and well presented at all times
- Event/meeting management including organising of catering, sending invitations and receiving replies, and setting up meeting rooms
- HR admin as required
- Other administrative tasks when necessary

You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside all departments and work on projects, office operations and internal events

- You will have great attention to detail
- You will have a proactive attitude
- You will be well organised and strong time management skills
- You will be interested in understanding and supporting all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes at Support Office
- You will have strong communication and phone skills
- Passion around the HR space is desirable
- This is an entry level role so experience in admin is not essential
