**Homestead Concreting and Property Maintenance** is a growing maintenance company is looking for an additional team member to join it's energetic team. We are a Wollongong-based building maintenance company looking after strata maintenance and general building maintenance for our many customers in the retail and commercial fields.Your role will include:"Hands-on" general maintenance to properties throughout the metropolitan area. The tasks required will vary extensively and you will need skills and experience in the following area's:Plastering trades person
You will need to be:A good communicator
Self motivated
Able to work individually and within a team
Hardworking and reliable
Have a drivers licence

**Salary**: $79,232.40 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Illawarra, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
