**The Organisation**

Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) operates three of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful event venues - the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) and Coopers Stadium. There are currently a variety of rewarding opportunities now available for enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to work across all three AVM venues. These roles form an integral part of the AVM’s core Food and Beverage team, providing a professional service in all areas of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Team F&B service at cocktail functions, gala dinners, conferences, business breakfasts, sporting events, concerts, cellar door festivals, exhibitions, etc.
- Front of house service - delivering a memorable guest experience

**About you**
- Experience in a thriving hospitality, fast-food or retail service environment
- A current and up-to-date Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification (Nationally recognised)
- Must be able to carry 3 plates comfortably and professionally, or willing to learn
- Display high energy levels, lively personality and be physically fit
- Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
- Demonstrate versatility and responsiveness in dealing with guest requests
- Have flexible availability to work early mornings and late evenings, 7 days a week
- Display an eagerness to work across all three AVM venues

**Culture & Benefits**
- Excellent hourly rate commencing at $36.63 per hour - moving to $38.23 after 50 hours, plus penalties and superannuation
