We’re looking for an **experienced section waiter** to join our team for **casual Saturday shifts** at Baia The Italian, located in the heart of Darling Harbour. If you thrive in a professional, high-energy environment and love delivering exceptional dining experiences, we want to hear from you

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 4 years’ experience** as a section waiter in a busy restaurant
- Strong knowledge of **Italian cuisine** (preferred)
- Confident and **comfortable with customers** - warm, engaging, and professional
- **Excellent interpersonal skills** and a true team player
- Strong **wine knowledge** - familiarity with **Italian wines** is a plus
