Located inside the famous Chinese Gardens of Sydney, The Gardens by Lotus is an exciting ‘Teahouse’ style dining and events space. The restaurant is owned and managed by Sydney’s premium restaurant group, Lotus Dining, celebrating modern Chinese cuisine, world class dumplings and award-winning wine lists.

Successful applicants will be part of building a culture full of passion and dedication to all things service focused. You have a love for taking guests on a journey through food and beverage, helping to guide them in every step. You are an order creator, not order taker

**You have;**
- Ideally will have previous experience within a fast paced, professional hospitality environment - 3 years
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Proven experience working within a successful team environment
- Capacity to think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Ability to lead by example, be hands on and instil a sense of fun in the workplace, no egos
- Above all, someone who is motivated to take full ownership of the role and progress with the company
