**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Educational Leader** to help mentor their team of Lead Educators across 9 rooms. The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality care as well as attention to detail. This role is a senior management role within the centre where mentoring and coaching your team occurs every day. You will be above ratio, flloating around the rooms, observing practice and working with our team of educators to drive the highest quality care for our families. You will report to the Centre Directors as you mentor your Lead Educators in planning and practice.

Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria:

- Hold a minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care
- Current Paid Blue Card

**Glasshouse Early Education Centre **islocated on the main road just 450m from the Glasshouse Mountains State School. Our Centre opened in October 2006 and caters for 151 children aged from birth to school age. We offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities.
