**Full-Time & part-time busy Administration, accounts & sales roles at Erina kindergarten for a large childcare centre 219 children per day.**

As a busy Administration, billing/accounts and sales Assistant, you are expected to be an active member of our front office team which provides high quality customer service that is consistent with the service philosophy, procedures and policies, and as per the National Quality Framework. The role is a very demanding and busy role and requires a person who is flexible and can manage multiple roles and responsibilities. The Roles are both full time 5 days & part time 3 days from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, closed on all public holidays. We are also closed over the xmas new year period.

**Position requirements**:

- Ability to multi task & task manage multiple tasks and roles
- Ability to answer phones and deal with account queries
- Demonstrated administration in Xplor (or similar programs)
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of CCS
- Ability to problem solve and work in a high-speed busy environment
- Sales & Customer relationship management proven experience
- Manage billing & administration records and databases for 450 families
- Greeting all families and visitors
- Liaise with families on administration issues
- Provide administration support to the business
- Provide guided tours of the centre to new families wanting to enrol at Erina kindergarten

**Selection Criteria **_(It is essential for the role to have the following)_:

- Minimum two years’ experience in childcare within a very busy administration & accounts position
- Previous experience in working with Xplor software (or similar) for billing & accounts (essential)
- Strong customer service focus with a friendly and 'can do' attitude
- Proven experience in a very busy administration role
- Proven experience in sales role
- Ability to respond to account queries in a timely and systematic way
- Relevant knowledge of the Childcare Subsidy System
- Proficient use of the MS Office Professional suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previously experience in the childcare
- Working with children check (or willingness to obtain)
- National police clearance (or willingness to obtain one prior to employment, must not be more than 12 months old)
- Previous sales experience & knowledge
- First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one
- Ability to work independently and meet clear deadlines
- Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services (desirable)
- Previous experience in working with Xplor software (or similar) for billing & accounts (essential)
