**About you**:
You’re ambitious and driven, but team oriented. You have an incredible ability to make the complex simple and the simple compelling. As an excellent writer and communicator, you’ll have years of experience in creating educational and instructional content for businesses which deal in complexity. Content is your domain, so you’ll understand how to map a customer’s journey, plan the content touchpoints, and write and produce the written and multimedia content elements. Bonus points if you’ve implemented automated workflows.

**What you’ll do**:
As an Enterprise Content Producer at Mutinex, you’re responsible for ensuring our customers get the most value from our GrowthOS marketing investment analytics platform. There are two main areas where this’ll happen. The first is through onboarding, where content and automation will support their preparation for the data provisioning process. The second is all about platform education, how to use features, interpret models, and understand nomenclature. You’ll work to create and improve systematised processes and content workflows which make those processes easier with the ultimate goal being an incredible customer experience. If you’ve had training or experience working with businesses who deal with data, visualisation or decisioning, that’s a big bonus.

- Help customers understand our GrowthOS platform from onboarding and beyond
- Interpret marketing investment analytics and the GrowthOS platform as a concept
- Work with the Customer Accounts, Customer Engineering and Customer Enablement teams to execute on content requirements
- Develop the content plan and workflow for customer onboarding, supported by Customer Engineering
- Produce informative and visual content which primes and prepares customers for onboarding
- Develop the content plan and workflow for customer adoption, supported by Customer Enablement
- Produce informative and visual content for the product Knowledge Base (learning centre)
- Produce standardised product video walkthroughs to include in various customer touchpoints
- Support the marketing and operations team in automating workflows through technologies
- Have autonomy to deliver on KPIs and OKRs
