**About Our Client**:
Our client is an ever-growing ASX-listed company, with a close-knit team and historically low staff turnover.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll.
- Ensure timely reporting obligations are met, both internally and externally.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain master file integrity and conduct regular audit checks.
- Identify and escalate any issues such as fatigue management or excessive hours to managers.
- Handle initial payroll inquiries directly.
- Accurately input and organise timesheet data.
- Provide support to the Payroll and HR team as needed.
- Ensure precise and timely data entry for payroll processing.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Demonstrated success in efficiently managing end-to-end payroll processes within high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Motivated by intrinsic factors, thrives on staying busy, and values collaboration within a supportive, close-knit team.
- Possesses keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of payroll administration.
- Proficient in intermediate Excel, adept at utilising technology to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
