Helpdesk support Engineers - circa $80k + super. WFH - Awesome renewable energies/solar business.

I have 2 great new HelpDesk support roles, based in Sydney, for a progressive renewable energy company who are committed to advancing sustainable energy solutions.

This is a small business of circa 20 people, loosely based in the Northern Beaches, whose goal is to enhance solar energy technology and help families reduce their energy bills. They’ve formed successful partnerships with numerous utility businesses across the country and are now looking to onboard 2 pro-active helpdesk support professionals, with great communications skills.

Their product range spans both hardware and software solutions that enable homeowners to optimise their solar energy usage while decreasing costs.

These HelpDesk roles are crucial as they provide Tier 1 support and handle initial calls, while electricians are in the field. You don't necessarily need to come from a development background.
