**About the Role**:
Due to internal movements, we have an excellent opportunity for a **Consumer Insights Executive** to join the extended Marketing. This role is based in our North Sydney office however, flexibility is available.
Reporting into the Consumer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Insights and Analytics team in being the voice of the consumer and shopper across our organisation. You will assist in the management of sales databases and corresponding reports, day to day management of product testing as well as project management of insights projects including communications testing, ad-hoc research, brand equity.
**Further responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Managing the four internal online panels including questionnaire design and reporting
- Co-ordination of data to input into marketing mix modelling for all brands
- Project administration of research projects including timeline and milestone management for the team
- Management of own projects and insights analysis with guidance and support of the team
- Providing day to day support to the Consumer Insights Manager and the Head of Consumer Insights, Analytics & Engagement
- Being responsible for communicating the insights coming out of the Consumer Engagement Team
**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring forward your several years’ of experience in consumer insights with either a research/data agency or within a market research team in a marketing department (not necessarily across FMCG).
This is an ideal role for someone that is looking to further continue their newly established career within a Global organisation across marketing, brand, category, sales.
Your excellent project management skills will see you manage the requirements of the role as well as deliver to a great level. Skills in questionnaire design are also an advantage in order to create studies internally for online panels.
Graduate degree in marketing, statistics or psychology
