As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**Our centre Bracken Ridge**:
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Bracken Ridge has been a long standing service in the local community with easy access to all roads leading north and south via the freeway, as well as easy access to Strathpine with bus and rail links to the city. We are also close to the local TAFE as well as schools and shops.
Community is important to us and through visits to various venues including our local library and resthomes, along with participation in events and activities throughout the year, we are able to enrich our children’s learning experience. Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity.
Our educators and families also support charities such as SIDS Foundation, Bravehearts and the Cancer Council through special fun days to support members of our local community. We also celebrate important special events such as Mother’s and Father’s Day with children performances.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current Queensland Working with Children Check
