We're growing fast and on the hunt for **2 superstar Coaches** who are ready to lead from the front, inspire transformation, and make every session unforgettable.

**About the Role**:
As a BFT Coach, you'll be the heart and soul of our studio. You’ll lead group training sessions, build strong connections with our members, and support our community to move well, train hard, and stay consistent.

But this role isn’t just about running workouts - we’re looking for **coaches who can sell, inspire, and drive performance**. You’ll play an active role in converting trials into members, hitting KPIs, and being part of a results-focused team.

**Availability**:
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be available for a mix of **early morning, evening, and some Saturday morning shifts**. Our sessions run across peak training times, and we’re looking for team players who can be flexible and committed to delivering consistent value to our members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-energy, engaging, and technically sound BFT sessions
- Coach proper movement, modify for all fitness levels, and ensure safety
- Build relationships with members and foster a supportive training environment
- Engage with trial members and confidently roll them into full memberships
- Collaborate with the studio team to hit sales and retention KPIs
- Represent BFT Forest Lake with passion, positivity, and professionalism
- Contribute to team events, social initiatives, and studio growth

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Cert III & IV in Fitness (required)
- Current **CPR and First Aid Certification** (required)
- Group training experience (ideal, but not essential if you're coachable)
- High energy and natural leadership in a group setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in sales conversations or willingness to learn
- Professional, reliable, and committed to personal and team growth
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve results
