**Role Summary & Purpose**
This is a diverse role that will have you liaising with customers to complete all
aspects of customer service including but not limited to quoting, order entry, scheduling of deliveries and working closely with sales representative to ensure
complete customer satisfaction ensuring all safety, policies and procedures are followed at all times.
This role heavily supports our fundamentals to promote from within with the opportunity to move into other parts of the business.
**Critical Performance Objectives**
- Successfully maintain account customers whilst building the portfolio.
- High standard of customer service and communication skills.
- Ensure awareness of compliance for all products supplied.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans, shop floor drawings and BOQ’s (preferred but not necessary)
- To a quote or order within the system (Titan).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work successfully within a team.
- Participate in all product and safety training.
- Meet team and business KPI’s.
**What do you need**:
- Experience working in an office based customer service role.
- **Must live** in Australia and have full unrestricted working rights (e.g. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
- Reliable transport.
