We are excited to invite two motivated individuals to join our Factory team. We have openings for both full-time and part-time positions.

These hands-on positions will have responsibility for the day to day operations of the factory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in manufacturing operations and support the Factory Manager with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organised factory and warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with manufacturing staff to ensure efficient daily activities.
- Uphold quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures.

**About You**:

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are required.
- Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
- You thrive in a hands-on, active role and are physically fit.
- You possess a positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions.
- You enjoy staying busy and are always on the move.
- You can work quickly and pay attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills are essential.
- You enjoy teamwork but can also work independently.
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- You are eager to learn and grow, with a willingness to be trained by industry experts.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety are a must.
- Basic computer skills are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Factory: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
