Nanny / Baby Sitter (Freelance Contractor)

Role:
We seek qualified nannies/babysitters to join our team as freelance contractors. We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals with a minimum of eight years of experience in childcare.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children in your care.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate creative and enjoyable activities.
- Organize meals and snacks for the children as required.
- Effectively communicate with parents to understand and meet the child's needs and preferences.
- Adhere to LUXit's policies and procedures.

Experience & Requirements:

- Possess a minimum of eight years of experience as a nanny/babysitter (qualifications in childcare would be advantageous).
- Hold a valid Working with Children's check.
- Have a valid First Aid Certification.
- Possess an active Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Provide at least two references, preferably from regular clients who have known you for over a year or past employers.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be available to work on weekends and evenings as required.
- Be punctual and possess reliable transportation and/or a valid driver's license.
