**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of newborn/baby experience
- Fully vaccinated
- Valid Working With Children Check

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This young family is seeking support from a nanny with a high level of experience working with young babies. They will value any formal or informal study and professional experience working with newborns and infants. The ideal person for this role will be an intuitive and attentive caregiver who is flexible to support the family's needs and preferences. The parents are seeking someone who is honest, compassionate, energetic, and proactive.

While the parents are seeking someone who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about newborn and infant care, it is important that the nanny is comfortable and happy to care for the 3 year old as well as her baby brother (sometimes one at a time, sometimes both). The parents would like their Nanager to be adaptable and flexible to encourage positive routines and support both children's development. The family would also like help with caring for the children's belongings and cooking for the children.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
The family's new addition - a baby boy - is happy and content, sleeping and feeding quite well. His 3 year old sister is bright and friendly. She loves to play and learn, and attends childcare part-time nearby. Mum is mostly on Maternity Leave at the moment, but working a little, which will increase slowly over time. The family also has a cute and friendly little dog.
