About the role
Get ready to be at the heart of the action at JPL As a Stock Hand Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of our fast-paced, high-energy Distribution Centre. You’ll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly managing inventory, fulfilling orders with precision, and ensuring our stock is always ready to go. What will you do?
- Assist with putting away stock, ensuring all items are properly stored and organised.
- Support general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Contribute to daily picking of stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
- Handle stock with care and attention, following proper procedures for storage and handling.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks across all areas of the Distribution Centre as instructed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient DC operations.
- Ensure stock levels are monitored and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards, always ensuring a safe and productive workplace.

What skills and experience do you need?
- Basic to intermediate computer skills for managing inventory, order processing, and data entry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- High level of accuracy and precision in handling stock and fulfilling orders.
- Proven ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines and goals.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute tasks efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
