Lead Ewp Technician

EWP Systems is looking for an experienced **Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Technician** to join our tight-knit team in Marcoola. This is a hands-on, leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the workshop, drive high standards, and work on a wide variety of EWP equipment - with a strong focus on **truck-mounted EWPs**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Carry out **major inspections** on a variety of EWPs, with a focus on **truck-mounted units**.
- 90 Day/12 Month EWP/VLC compliance inspections.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults.
- Perform refurbishments, fibreglass repairs and painting.
- Lead workshop operations and keep things running smoothly when senior management is off-site.
- Maintain high standards of **safety and compliance** (AS2550.10 knowledge highly regarded).
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experienced EWP Technician** or similar role (truck-mounted experience highly valued).
- Strong hydraulic, electrical and diagnostic skills.
- Welding/fabrication and machining experience (desirable).
- Fibreglass repair and painting skills (desirable).
- A proactive **problem solver** and hands-on leader.
- Commitment to safe work practices and attention to detail.

- 38-hour work week:

- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Friday: 7:30 am - 1:30 pm
