This impressive boutique CA firm is currently looking to expand their highly personable and long standing team due to company growth.

In this role you will work along side a close-knit group of smart and switched on individuals and work under two exceptional Partners/Directors who have both mentored and developed a large number of highly successful team members throughout their careers.

They take great pride in providing an excellent learning and development platform for their team and provides ongoing support and mentoring to allow individuals to succeed and progress in their careers; they do all of this whilst also allowing their team to be autonomous in their roles.

The firm itself deals with a wide range of clients across various industries. You will get experience across all areas of Tax and other tasks which you may not experience in smaller firms.

In this role as a Business Services Manager/Client Manager you will be expected to:

- Be responsible for and manage your own portfolio of clients
- Work closely with clients providing written and verbal advice
- Preparation of financial reports
- Work closely with the directors to maintain a strong culture and the excellent reputation that they have within the community and across their clients

To be successful for this role you will:

- Have a minimum of 5 years of local experience, and looking to step up form a Assistant Manager/Supervisor role, or working in a similar Business Services Manager/Client Manager role
- Have completed, or be close to completing, your CA or CPA
- Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be committed to working in a collaborative and high performing team environment
