Day to day, you’ll help older people live with dignity, whether that’s helping them get around, a chat while cleaning their room or enjoy a meal with a friendly face - in line with their personalised care plan. **The requirements | What it takes to do this work**

This is an all-rounder team-based role contributing to the operational need of our residential homes. Drawing on your skills, your role will support the home in the role of cleaning, laundry and kitchen hand. You’ll also need:

- Experience in an Aged Care environment
- An empathy for older people and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Willingness and flexibility to work across the roster, day and evening shift
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
